All orders are dispatched from the United Kingdom with full tracking on every order. MobilesLuxe ships worldwide — the USA, Canada, the EU and 100+ other countries. Every phone is SIM-free and network-unlocked, priced in GBP, and paid for in cryptocurrency at a live rate locked at checkout, so there is no card, no FX fee and no bank involved wherever you are.

  • Since Brexit, shipments from the UK to the EU are imports: local import VAT and, where applicable, duty are assessed on arrival and are payable by the recipient

Rest of World Delivery

Customs and Import Duties

Import duties and taxes are set by the destination country, not by MobilesLuxe. International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place): the price you pay at checkout covers the phone and the shipping service, and any duty, import VAT, GST or sales tax charged when the parcel arrives is the recipient’s responsibility, along with any handling fee the carrier adds for clearing it.

Smartphones are duty-free on import into many countries under the WTO Information Technology Agreement, so in practice the charge raised is usually local import VAT or sales tax rather than duty. That is a general pattern, not a guarantee: thresholds, exemptions and rates differ by country and change over time. Check your own customs or revenue authority for the rules that apply to you before ordering — we cannot advise on your local tax position and nothing on this page is legal or tax advice.

Every shipment is declared accurately at its full commercial value. We cannot declare an order as a gift, under-declare its value, or split a shipment to reduce your import charges.

Will a UK phone work on my network?

Every phone MobilesLuxe sells is SIM-free and network-unlocked, so it is not tied to any carrier in any country. Most of the stock we sell is the international or UK variant, which supports the LTE and 5G bands used across Europe, North America and most of the world, and — on iPhone — keeps a physical SIM tray alongside eSIM, where US-market iPhones from the 14 series onwards are eSIM-only.

Band support does still vary by model and by carrier. mmWave 5G, some US carrier-specific bands, and certain VoLTE or Wi-Fi Calling features may not be available on an international variant. If network compatibility matters to you, contact us with your model and country — tell us the exact handset and your carrier and we will confirm compatibility before you order.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or at weekends are dispatched the next working day. Crypto payment confirmation is required before dispatch — this typically takes minutes. Delivery estimates above start from dispatch, not from the moment you pay.

Packaging

All phones are shipped in discreet, secure packaging. New sealed phones are shipped in original manufacturer packaging. Refurbished phones are shipped in protective retail-style boxes.

Returns on international orders

The same 14-day right to return applies wherever you are. Refunds on crypto purchases are issued in GBP equivalent of the purchase price, as stated at checkout and on the returns page. Import charges you have already paid to your own customs authority are reclaimed from that authority, not from MobilesLuxe.
