MobilesLuxe sells new (factory-sealed) and Grade-A refurbished smartphones — iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, Google Pixel, OnePlus and Nothing — all SIM-free and unlocked, and accepts payment in 9 cryptocurrencies as well as bank transfer. What is the MobilesLuxe Grade-A Standard?

Every refurbished phone MobilesLuxe sells meets the MobilesLuxe Grade-A Standard, which means:

  • Fully tested: every function checked before dispatch — screen, cameras, speakers, microphones, buttons, sensors, charging and all radios (5G/4G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC).
  • Battery health: minimum 85% of original capacity, verified at test.
  • Cosmetic condition: excellent — no more than light micro-marks invisible at arm’s length; screens free of scratches and burn-in.
  • Genuine and unlocked: original manufacturer parts, SIM-free, network-unlocked, IMEI-checked against loss/theft registers, iCloud/Google account clean.
  • Warranty: 12-month MobilesLuxe warranty in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

New phones are factory sealed with the full manufacturer warranty (typically 12–24 months depending on brand).

Payments

Which cryptocurrencies does MobilesLuxe accept? Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT — on the Ethereum or Tron network), USD Coin (USDC — on the Ethereum or Solana network), Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Tron (TRX) and Bitcoin Cash (BCH) — plus conventional UK bank transfer. How is the crypto amount calculated? All prices are set in GBP. At checkout the GBP price is converted at the live market rate and locked for the payment window, so market movement while you pay doesn’t change the amount due.

Will MobilesLuxe ever ask for my seed phrase or private keys? Never. No page, form, email or support message from MobilesLuxe will ever request, store or transmit seed phrases, private keys or wallet credentials. Any message asking for them is not from us.

How fast is dispatch? Orders are dispatched the same or next working day after payment confirmation.

What does delivery cost? UK delivery is free on orders over £500. Worldwide tracked shipping is available; costs and times are shown at checkout and on the shipping page.

International orders

Does MobilesLuxe ship to the USA and Canada? Yes. Every order is dispatched from the UK with full tracking. USA delivery is £29.99, 5–7 working days; Canada is £39.99, 6–8 working days. The same service reaches the EU in 2–5 working days and 100+ other countries in 5–14. Import duty, tax or customs handling charged on arrival is set by your own country and is payable by the recipient — the full breakdown is on the shipping page.

Can I pay in USD or EUR? All prices are set in GBP, and you pay in cryptocurrency — so no currency exchange is needed on your side at all. At checkout the GBP price is converted to your chosen coin at the live market rate and locked for the payment window; your wallet sends exactly that amount, which is the precise GBP equivalent. There is no card, no FX fee and no bank in the transaction, wherever in the world you are.

Will a UK-bought phone work in the US or EU? Yes — every phone we sell is SIM-free and network-unlocked, so it is tied to no carrier in any country, and the international/UK variants we stock support the LTE and 5G bands used across North America and Europe. On iPhone, UK variants also keep a physical SIM tray alongside eSIM, where US-market iPhones from the 14 series on are eSIM-only. Band support does vary by model and carrier — mmWave 5G and some US carrier-specific bands may not be present — so send us your model and country and we will confirm compatibility before you order.

Returns & refunds

Can I return a phone paid for in crypto? Yes — the standard returns policy applies regardless of payment method. Refunds on crypto purchases are issued in GBP equivalent of the purchase price, as stated at checkout and on the returns page. This protects both sides from exchange-rate swings between purchase and refund.
