Which cryptocurrencies do you accept?

We accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether (USDT), USD Coin (USDC), Solana (SOL), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin (DOGE), Tron (TRX) and Bitcoin Cash (BCH). This is the complete list available at checkout.

How does crypto payment work?

At checkout, select your preferred cryptocurrency. You will be shown a wallet address and QR code with the exact amount to send. Once your payment is confirmed on the blockchain (usually within minutes), your order is automatically confirmed and dispatched.

How long does payment confirmation take?

Most crypto payments confirm within 10–30 minutes. Bitcoin can occasionally take longer during periods of high network activity. Stablecoins like USDT and USDC typically confirm within minutes.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. All payments are processed through our encrypted crypto payment gateway. We never store your wallet details. Transactions are final and recorded on the blockchain.

What if I send the wrong amount?

Contact us immediately at support@mobilesluxe.com with your order number and transaction hash. Do not send a second payment until you have heard from us.

What exchange rate do you use?

Prices on the site are shown in GBP. The crypto equivalent is calculated at the live market rate at the moment you initiate payment. The rate is locked for 20 minutes while you complete the transaction.

Can I get a refund in crypto?

Yes. Refunds are issued in GBP equivalent at the exchange rate at time of original payment, or as store credit. See our Returns Policy for full details.

Do I need to create an account?

No account is required to place an order. Guest checkout is available. Creating an account lets you track orders and access your order history.
