We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If something is not right, we will make it right.

14-Day Right to Return

Under UK consumer law, you have the right to return any item within 14 days of receipt for any reason, provided it is unused and in its original condition. Contact us at support@mobilesluxe.com to initiate a return.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your phone arrives faulty or is not as described, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free return and either replace the item or issue a full refund — your choice.

Who Pays Return Postage

  • Changed your mind: you arrange and pay for return postage. Use a tracked service and keep your proof of postage — the phone remains your responsibility until it reaches us.
  • Faulty, damaged or not as described: MobilesLuxe covers the return postage in full. Contact us and we will arrange the return at our cost — you are never out of pocket for our mistake.
  • Refunds: orders paid in cryptocurrency are refunded in GBP equivalent, as set out below and at checkout.

International Returns

The same 14-day return window applies wherever you are — the USA, Canada, the EU and every other country we ship to, not just the UK. The rules above are unchanged by distance: you pay return postage for a change of mind, we pay it if the phone is faulty or not as described. Import duty or tax you have already paid to your own customs authority is reclaimed from that authority, not from MobilesLuxe — most countries operate a refund or drawback process for goods that are returned or re-exported. Refunds and Crypto Payments

Refunds for orders paid with cryptocurrency are issued in GBP equivalent at the exchange rate at time of original payment, or as store credit — whichever you prefer. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving the returned item.
